The Time in Between by María Dueñas

The Nest by Cynthia D’Aprix Sweeney

Year of Yes by Shonda Rhimes

2017 is the year of motivational audiobooks! Well, at least, it is for me. As a fiction junkie, consuming nonfiction in any form is branching out of my reading comfort zone, but there are smart,…

  • Sorry for being MIA at A Book to Love recently, but I’m BACK! 🙌

The Interestings by Meg Wolitzer checks all of my favorite literary boxes: beautiful, easily consumable writing; flawed characters; and a healthy amount of introspection and nostalgia. When all these elements combine with the plot - the changing dynamic of friendships that span a lifetime - I was no more than a kitten lapping up whatever Wolitzer threw my way 😺
I’ve been reading and writing reviews like crazy to catch up, so stay tuned for more recs!!! And visit ABookToLove.com for the full review and more! 💕💕💕
